Capron home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Capron rose by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,000 - a 7.6% increase over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Capron in the second quarter of 2018.
