Capron home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Capron rose by $7,150 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $117,100 - a 6.5% increase over the $109,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Capron in the first quarter of 2018, as well.
