City of Rockford issued the following announcement on Feb. 22.
With a recent increase in coyote sightings, the City of Rockford and Fourteenth Ward Alderman Joe Chiarelli are hosting a community meeting. Experts from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources will provide education and offer suggestions for dealing with coyotes.Join us on Tuesday, February 25, at 3 p.m. at District 3, 557 S. Newtowne Drive.
