Alderman Chiarelli moved to convene into Closed Session in order to discuss pending negotiation matters, seconded by Alderman Hervey. MOTION PREVAILED with a roll call vote (Aldermen Thompson-Kelly, Beach and Beck were absent). The meeting convened into Closed Session at 7:28 p.m.
Mayor McNamara called the meeting back into Open Session at 7:44 p.m. and the following aldermen were present: Durkee, Gasparini, Tuneberg, Frost, Hervey, Ervins, Hoffman, Rose, Quinonez, McNeely and Chiarelli (Aldermen Thompson- Kelly, Beach and Beck were absent).
