APPROV AL

Motion for approval of The Agenda made by Trustee Berghorn and seconded by Trustee Ryan. All in favor, motion carried.

Motion for approval of Meeting Minutes from the January 28th and February 11th meeting made by Trustee Camille and seconded by Trustee Ryan. All in favor, motion carried.

Motion for approval of Bills to be paid made by Trustee Berghorn and seconded by Trustee Ryan. Roll call vote followed with all in favor. Motion carried

OPEN ISSUES

    Jason stated the Church of the Apostolic had purchased the property to the west of the church and were looking to have a reduced rate on water and sewer billing. Mayor Lobinsky stated he would like to look into the ordinances regarding individual rate billing.

MAYOR LOBINSKY

    Mayor Lobinsky brought before the Board the renewal contract with TEST INC. Mayor Lobinsky addressed a few changes made to the agreement regarding lift stations. Mayor Lobinsky asked if anyone had any questions or comments about the contract. Trustee Berghorn pointed out that the agreement did not increase this year, but will increase slightly starting next year. Trustee Wohlfarth pointed out this was a three-year contract. A motion for approval of the agreement with TEST INC. was made by Trustee Ryan and seconded by Trustee Wohlfarth. Roll Call Vote followed with all in favor.

TRUSTEE WILCOX

 Trustee Wilcox gave an update on the Village emergency phone. Trustee Wilcox stated zero calls were received from residents, and a total of 9 alarm calls had been received for water and sewer events.

TRUSTEE RYAN

  Trustee Ryan spoke to the Board regarding some complaints he had received recently. Plowing not being done either early enough or not up to people's expectations, especially in alleyways, was one compliant. Personal use of Village tuck was also a complaint. Mayor Lobinsky addressed these issues with Trustee Ryan. Attorney Green also stated the Village does have an obligation to clear public right of way to the best of their ability. Some discussion was had on the subject of Village vehicles being used for personal use.

REPORTS AND UNFINISHED BUSINESS

  Mayor Lobinsky stated the Village had received several applications for the open maintenance position, which did include local applicants. Mayor Lobinsky hopes to conduct some interviews in the coming week

Audience member Richard Pierce asked if the Village had heard anything from IDOT about road repairs on Hwy 173. Mayor Lobinsky stated that there was no firm time table or updates regarding that project.

ADJOURNMENT

Trustee Ryan made a motion to adjourn seconded by Trustee Wohlfarth. All in favor, the meeting adjourned at 7:16 p.m.
