| During the 33-minute phone call conference, Mayor Lobinsky spoke to the Board members involved on the call about specific postings on social media pages. Mayor Lobinsky wanted to clarify that Village business should not be discussed via social media. A discussion was had regarding Village employees and Village equipment and usage. A discussion was had on other various complaints received throughout the Village. Trustee Wohlfarth asked about insurance for employees, and a conversation was had on the matter. A discussion was had on employee hiring(s) and future potential employment opportunities. No motions were made during this meeting, and no action was taken. |
