City of Rockford issued the following announcement on April 16.
Samuel Adams and The Greg Hill Foundation are bringing the Restaurant Strong Fund to Illinois to aid restaurant workers impacted by the COVID-19 closures. If are a full-time employee (minimum of 30 hours per week) and have been employed for 3 months or longer at the same location, you may be eligible.
