2. Motion that the Village Board pass and approve Ordinance 2020-10 “An Ordinance of The Village of Cherry Valley Imposing a Non-Home Rule Municipal Retailers’ Occupation Tax and Non-Home Rule Municipal Service Occupation Tax”

1. Motion that the Village Board approve the renewal of the Post Office Lease with the United Postal Service from October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2025, for the Post Office Building located at 210 E. State Street, Cherry Valley, Illinois.

PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT REPORT BY TRUSTEE: DAVID SCHROEDER.

1. Motion that the Village Board approve the sign permit and variance for the Rockford Area Habitat for Humanity Restore located at 7141 Harrison Avenue, Rockford, Illinois.

2. Motion that the Village Board approve the selling of village property located at 138 South Hogan Street, Cherry Valley, Illinois by sealed bids being taken until July 31, 2020.

PERSONNEL REPORT BY TRUSTEE: SALLY HOLLEMBEAK.

1. Motion that the Village Board approve the promotion of Cherry Valley Patrol Officer Paul Lipinski to the position of Police Sergeant with a yearly salary of $86,813.64 with an effective start date of May 5, 2020.
