Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board regarding “An Ordinance granting a Variance under Section 82-55 to Section 82-234(c)(4) CC – Commercial Community District of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of Cherry Valley, Illinois to allow for a rear yard setback of 24’ from 25’ for the property commonly known as 7243 Cherryvale North Blvd., Rockford, Illinois (Pack, Stack & Store Inc.)”.

Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board regarding “An Ordinance granting a Variance under Section 82-55 to Section 82-234(c)(2) of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of Cherry Valley, Illinois to allow a fence on the Easterly lot line for a zero side yard setback for the property commonly known as 7243 Cherryvale North Blvd., Rockford, Illinois (Pack, Stack & Store Inc.)”.
