City of Belvidere issued the following announcement on May 13.
The ComEd rate for June to next May has just been released. It will average 6.843 cents over the 12 months (down from 7.192 cents). This rate is slightly lower than the 6.982 cent rate that the Belvidere aggregation program. The ComEd rate would be $1.15/month lower. Residents choosing to move back to ComEd can do so without any fee, by calling 844-351-7691. (Have your account number when you call.)
