Mercy Rockford Health System issued the following announcement on May 29.
In order to best respond to operational needs as they shift to telehealth services, Mercyhealth is adjusting its urgent care hours and locations in Winnebago County.
Adjustments include:
Mercyhealth Urgent Care–Roscoe, 5000 Prairie Rose Dr., Roscoe
Extending hours starting June 1, 2020, Monday-Friday, 8 am-8 pm, Saturdays and Sundays, 10 am-4 pm
Mercyheath Urgent Care-Winnebago, 102 Landmark Dr., Winnebago
Closing May 28, 2020
Mercyhealth Urgent Care-Rockton Ave., Bldg. 1, 2300 N. Rockton Ave., Rockford
Closing May 30, 2020
Mercyhealth Urgent Care-Perryville, 3401 N. Perryville Rd., Rockford, continues seeing patients daily, 7 am-9 pm.
All staff affected will relocate to other Mercyhealth locations to accommodate patient demand. Mercyhealth urges the community to utilize Mercyhealth’s Virtual Visit Now, a 24/7 online urgent care, bringing you care from the comfort of your home for minor health concerns. Patients can start online at mercyhealthvirtualvisits.org. As always, if you are experiencing symptoms of a heart attack, stroke or other serious medical event, call 911.
