City of Rockford issued the following announcement on June 13.
Beginning Monday, we'll be accepting application for the third round of our Microenterprise Business Loan program. Applications will be accepted from Monday, June 15 to Friday, June 19. Businesses must be in the City of Rockford; however, this time, business owner residency is not required.
