Winnebago County issued the following announcement on July 23.
County Clerk to send Vote By Mail Applications - Applications will be sent to any Winnebago County Voter that cast a vote in the past three elections within the next two weeks.
Registered voters need to sign their pre-filled applications and mail them back to the Winnebago County Clerk's Office to receive a Vote By Mail Ballot for the November 3rd Presidential Election.
