1. Motion to approve June 17, 2020 board minutes
PUBLIC COMMENT
Public Comment is encouraged. The Village Board will receive comments from the public, pursuant to State Statutes. Comments will be limited to five minutes on topics relating to the Village of Poplar Grove. Be further advised that matters brought up at this time may be referred to the appropriate committee or individual for further discussion or consideration.
ADMINISTRATION & ZONING, TRUSTEE QUIMBY
2. Motion to approve Ordinance 2020-19 an ordinance amending title 8, zoning chapter 6, zoning districts; and chapter 7, land use regulations of the Village of Poplar Grove Municipal Code
FINANCE AND PUBLIC WORKS, TRUSTEE MILLER
3. Motion to approve check disbursement for accounts payable in the amount of $256,491.40, insurance expenses in the amount of $13,001.70 and electronic funds transfer system in the amount of $7,853.15 for a total of $277,346.34
4. Motion to approve Resolution 20-19 a resolution to the Village of Poplar Grove resolving to formally accept the public infrastructure of Olson Woods Subdivision.
5. Motion to approve Resolution 20-20 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove resolving to procure professional engineering & architectural services for a new public works facility
6. Motion to approve Resolution 20-21 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove authorizing the write off of old unpaid and water and sewer balances.
NEW BUSINESS
7. Motion to approve Resolution 20-22 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois to approve and authorize the construction of a fence to surround the salt Shed by DFC Fences, Inc and authorize the Village President to execute an agreement with DFC Fences, Inc
8. Motion to approve Resolution 20-23 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois to approve and authorize emergency construction of a new salt shed by Freedom Buildings, Inc and authorize the Village President to execute an agreement with Freedom Buildings Inc.
9. Discussion on budget amendment for the FY 2020.
