1. Committee recommends approval of the annexation of 107 and 110 Lincoln Park Boulevard. The owner of 107 and 110 Lincoln Park Boulevard has requested connection to city water resulting from a failing well. The property owner has submitted a petition for annexation request for water and is adjacent to the City of Rockford. Upon annexation, the properties will be zoned R-1, Single-Family Residential. The Legal Director shall prepare the appropriate ordinance.

2. Committee recommends approval of the annexation of 5154 Spring Creek Road. The owner of 5154 Spring Creek Road has requested connection to city water resulting from a failing well. The property owner has submitted a petition for annexation request for water and is adjacent to the City of Rockford. Upon annexation, the property will be zoned R-1, SingleFamily Residential. The Legal Director shall prepare the appropriate ordinance.

3. Committee recommends approval of a Modification to an existing Liquor License to add one (1) additional video gaming terminal at Brewsky’s located at 4414 Charles Street. The Legal Director shall prepare the appropriate ordinance.

C. Finance and Personnel Committee

1. Committee recommends approval of the vouchers in the amount of $6,441,668.27 as approved at the Finance and Personnel Committee meeting held on August 10, 2020.

2. Committee recommends approval of an ordinance authorizing the City of Rockford to utilize funds from the Public Water Supply Loan Program at the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA). The Legal Director shall prepare the appropriate ordinance.

3. Committee recommends approval of a one year extension of the Coronado Lease between Friends of Coronado (FOC) and the City of Rockford. The Legal Director shall prepare the appropriate ordinance.

1. Award of Bid: Pubic Works Materials to Northern Illinois Service Co., of Rockford, Illinois, William Charles Construction, of Loves Park, Illinois, Rock Road Companies, of Janesville, Wisconsin, and N-TRAK Group, of Loves Park, Illinois for an estimated annual value of $250,000.00, based on unit pricing. The contract duration is through August 31, 2021. The funding source is Various Departmental Operating Budgets.

2. Award of Contract Extension: EMS Billing Contract to Andres Medical Billing, of Arlington Heights, Illinois for a contract amount of 6.2% of collections, approximately $440,000.00. The funding source is Collected Ambulance Revenue. The contract duration is through December 31, 2020.

3. Resolution confirming Community Relation Commission's recommendations on Body Worn Cameras and authorization for City of Rockford staff to draft an RFP to secure Body Worn Cameras for Police Officers.
