Mercy Rockford Health System issued the following announcement on Aug. 24.
Mercyhealth is pleased to welcome Sarah Lamont, MD, to the staff of Mercyhealth Orthopedic Specialists in Rockford.
Her special interests include hand surgery (elbow to tip) and microsurgery.
Dr. Lamont earned her medical degree at UW-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, WI. She served her residency at Wright State University, Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH and her fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA.
