2. Award of Bid: City-Wide Sidewalk & ADA Repairs Package #4-2020 to Norwest Construction & Blacktop, of South Beloit, Illinois in the amount of $66,984.63. The project is estimated to be completed by October 30, 2020. The funding source is Sales Tax ($26,249.35 ADA & $40,735.28 Sidewalk).
