Harlem-Roscoe Fire Protection District responded to 262 calls in 2018 - 4.4 percent less than the previous year, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.

The calls in Harlem-Roscoe included 102 fires - 62 structure fires, 17 vehicle fires and 23 other fires. The fire department also responded to one call for ruptures, explosions or overheating.

In all, the department saw $1,403,450 in fire loss - or about $13,759 per fire.

The department also received 159 false calls, including one malicious call and 158 other false calls.

The Harlem-Roscoe Fire Protection District had an annual budget of $5,501,270 in 2018.
