2. Committee discussion and a motion that the Committee of the Whole approve $200.00 for the Village’s Santa Event on November 29, 2020 from line item 5260 Buildings and Grounds.

3. Committee discussion and a motion that the Committee of the Whole approve $225.00 for the Village’s Holiday Light Display Contest from line item 5260 Buildings and Grounds.

4. Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board authorization for Public Works Employee Chris Roskopp to participate in the 2020 Illinois Arborist Association Virtual Annual Conference and Trade Show from December 1 to December 4, 2020 at a cost of $150.00 from line item 5195 Public Works.

Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board for approval of a request for a Text Amendment under Section 82-56 to the Code of Ordinances for the Village of Cherry Valley, Illinois to Section 82-234(b) CC – Commercial Community District Special Uses to add “Automobile sales and services, new and used, on an open lot or within a building”.

2. Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board for approval of a request for a Special Use Permit under Section 82-234(b) Special Uses of the Code of Ordinances for the Village of Cherry Valley, Illinois to allow automobile sales and services, new and used on an open lot or within a building on part of the following property: PIN 12-35-301-004. The exact location can be viewed on a Site Plan on file at the Village of Cherry Valley, 806 E. State Street, Cherry Valley, Illinois.

Personnel Compensation & Benefits - Chairman Trustee Sally Hollembeak.

2. Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board for approval to hire Mr. Mark Zumbragel as a Seasonal Snow Plow Driver for the Village of Cherry Valley at an hourly rate of $20 per hour for the 2020-2021 Winter Season.

3. Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board for approval/acknowledgement of the village’s agreement with Envision Health Care (a Third-Party Administration Service) remains in place for the year 2021 with a cost of $6.00 per month per employee/retiree.

4. Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board for approval to hire a Maintenance Worker 1 (to fill a vacancy within the Public Works Department Department), at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour pending approval of all preemployment requirements.
