Capron home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Capron fell by $5,950 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,000 - a 4.4% decrease over the $133,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Capron in the third quarter of 2019.
