Timberlane home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Timberlane rose by $26,000 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $313,500 - a 9% increase over the $287,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Timberlane in the third quarter of 2019.
