1. Committee discussion and motion to send to the Village Board approval of Supplement 17 to the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Cherry Valley from Municode at a cost of $2,568.80 from line item 5165 Administration.

1. Project Updates.

1. Update on obtaining additional quotes in regards to the purchase of five Battery Back-Up Systems (as replacements) for the five remaining traffic signal intersections within the Village of Cherry Valley.

1. Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board approval of Online Pesticide Training and Certification for three (3) Public Works Employees, Steve Haas, Andy Wesseln and Michael Guthrie, at a cost of $94.00 per person for a total of $282.00 from line item 5195 Public Works.
