1. Village Board discussion and a motion to approve a revised Inter-Governmental Agreement (IGA) with Cherry Valley Township for providing Road Services for 2021.

2. Village Board discussion and a motion to approve a partnership with the Cherry Valley Area Men’s Club regarding the construction of the proposed Armed Forces Memorial on South Mill Road for a 50% cost share of a dollar amount of $6,350.00 from line item 5360A.

3. Village Board discussion and a motion to approve a change order for the ADA Sidewalk Improvements Project at a cost of $3,959.13 from line item 5390 Capital Improvements.

4. Village Board discussion and a motion to approve a change order for the South Bell School Drainage Improvement Project at a cost of $10,168.50 from line item 5390 Capital Improvements.

1. Motion that the Village Board approve Supplement 17 to the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Cherry Valley from Municode at a cost of $2,568.80 from line item 5165 Administration.

Finance Report By Trustee: Jeff O’hara.

1. Motion that the Village Board approve the bills reviewed and approved by the Budget Director on December 15, 2020 and reviewed and approved by the village trustees present at the December 15, 2020 Village Board Meeting at a total amount of $379,434.68.

Public Safety Report By Trustee: Jeff Fustin.

Public Works Report By Trustee: Jim Alsbury.

1. Motion that the Village Board approve the Online Pesticide Training and Certification for three (3) Public Works Employees, Steve Haas, Andy Wesseln and Michael Guthrie, at a cost of $94.00 per person for a total of $282.00 from line item 5195 Public Works.

2. Village Board discussion and a possible motion to approve the purchase of five Battery Back-Up Systems (as replacements) for the five remaining traffic signal intersections within the Village of Cherry Valley, at a cost of $46,405.00 (which includes trade-ins) from Mobotrex Mobility & Traffic Experts. This is from line item 5375 Capital Improvements.

Planning And Development Report By Trustee: David Schroeder.

1. Motion that the Village Board authorize Village President Jim E. Claeyssen to sign a Support Letter and a Confirmation of Zoning Letter in regards to the proposed townhome development by Bear Development, LLC. As presented at the Committee of the Whole Meeting on December 7, 2020.
