Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board authorizing Public Works Employees Chuck Freeman, Steve Strasser, Chris Roskopp, Garrett Anderson and Andy Wesseln to attend traffic signal video detection training at the City of Rockford Training Facility on January 12 and January 13, 2021. There is no cost for this training and all COVID-19 protocols will be practiced.

1. Committee discussion regarding the 2020/2021 Estimated Year End Financials in comparison to the 2020/2021 Village Budget.

Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board approval for Treasurer Maureen Gumowski’s attendance at the Illinois Government Finance Officers Association Legislative Training on January 21, 2021 and January 22, 2021 at a cost of $79.00 from line item 5195 Administration. This seminar will be held virtually.
3. Nyhart Actuarial Report – Status Update.
4. Committee discussion regarding the village’s 5 year estimated revenues, expenses and cash projection presented by Village Treasurer Maureen Gumowski.
