MATTERS PROPOSED, DISCUSSED OR DECIDED AND RECORD OF VOTES TAKEN:
1. A Resolution was decided authorizing the Street Department Manager to hire Medrano’sLandscaping for snow removal for City Properties. Ald. Jacobson moved to approve said motion. Ald. Holmes seconded said motion. Motion carried 4 ayes – 0 nays
2. Steve Thompson Director of Community Development & Public Works updated the committee on the ITEP grant application for N. Second Streetscape Improvement
