Join Mayor Tom McNamara and Dr. Sandra Martell of the Winnebago County Health Department on Thursday, March 18, at 5:30 p.m. for a conversation about the COVID-19 vaccine and our county's vaccination efforts. The conversation will be streamed live on the City of Rockford and the Winnebago County Health Department Facebook pages and the City of Rockford YouTube channel. It will also be available the following day at 
www.rockfordil.gov.
