PUBLIC COMMENT Public Comment is encouraged. The Village Board will receive comments from the public, pursuant to State Statutes. Comments will be limited to five minutes on topics relating to the Village of Poplar Grove. Be further advised that matters brought up at this time may be referred to the appropriate committee or individual for further discussion or consideration.

5.Motion to approve Great Himalaya LLC D/B/A Countryside Liquors Class C liquor license
6.Motion to approve Ordinance 21-04 an ordinance of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois amending various provisions of the code to remove references to the position of the Village Administrator and emend purchasing procedures
7.Motion to approve Ordinance 21-05 an ordinance of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois providing for the disposal of certain personal property

9.Motion to approve Resolution 21-12 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove to authorize public bid letting for the 2021 pavement maintenance program
10.Motion to approve check disbursement in the amount of $138235.40 in AP checks, $12,219.22 in Insurance Expense checks, and $7,853.15 in EFTS. Grand Total: $158,307.77.

11.Motion to approve change order with Bufalo Contacting in the amount $2,050.00
12.Motion to approve Resolution 21-13 a resolution directing the Belvidere Community Development department (planning department) to publish the zoning map of the Village of Poplar Grove
13.Motion to approve Resolution 21-15 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois to approve and authorize the Village President to execute an extension to agreement with Midwest Dirt, LLC for snow and ice removal services
14.Motion to approve Resolution 21-17 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois to authorize an emergency expense for Pearson Plumbing and Heating to repair a sanitary sewer lateral in the amount $4,975.00
15.Motion to approve Resolution 21-18 a resolution of the Village of Poplar Grove, Illinois to approve and authorize the Village President to execute an agreement with Minnihan's Tree Service for tree removal services
