City of Rockford issued the following announcement on Mar. 27.
To celebrate Blackhawk Bank's 140th anniversary, Mayor McNamara proclaimed today "Blackhawk Bank Day." Karl Franzen, Director of Community and Economic Development for the City, presented the proclamation to Dave Adkins, President and CEO of Blackhawk Bank.
