City of Rockford City Council Met March 22.

1. Committee recommends approval of the Development Agreement between the City of Rockford and SiFi Networks Rockford LLC for utilization of public way (right-of-way) for the establishment of a citywide fiber optic network system. The Legal Director shall prepare the appropriate ordinance. (Laid Over March 15, 2021)
