SwedishAmerican Hospitial issued the following announcement on Apr. 25.
Congratulations to Shane Pannell, who was recently recognized for his superior work by earning our Pillar Award for Excellence!
Shane is an Environmental Services Associate who has been with SwedishAmerican since 2018. Known for his positive attitude and strong work ethic, Shane received these compliments from his nominators:
“Shane takes great pride in his work; always ensuring our hospital is immaculate for all of our patients and staff. He’s very responsive to department calls for assistance and placing the urgency of our patients’ needs as a top priority. Shane has a very positive attitude and sets a great example for others. He gets along well with everyone, is always welcoming when training new staff, and steps up when additional coverage is needed or we are short-staffed.”
