On May 25, Armando Lara purchased a home at 735 Buchanan St., Belvidere from Hazel B. Kanaly (trust) and Belinda S Pollnow for $112,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $1,645.32, 1.46% of the sale price of the home.

So far in May 2021, this is the only property that sold in Belvidere as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Hazel B. Kanaly (97) has been registered to vote since 1998.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
