On May 18, Melissa Gloria and Julio Ramirez purchased a home at 390 Roosevelt St., Belvidere from Laura Landseadal for $185,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $2,771.76, 1.5% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Feb. 4, 2002. It last sold for $110,000.

So far in May 2021, this is the only property that sold in Belvidere as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Laura Landseadal has been registered to vote since 1997 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries and three Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 390 Roosevelt St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Dorothy J. Pietrzak, 86, Avery Landseadal, 25, and Laura Landseadal, 61.
