A. Award of Bid: City-Wide Street Repairs Group No. 2 - 2021 (Concrete) to Stenstrom Excavation, of Rockford, Illinois in the amount of $1,707,937.43. The project is estimated to be completed October 15, 2021. The funding source is Sales Tax.
B. Acceptance of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Minority Health, Community Program to Improve Minority Health Grant Award in the amount of $3,614,521. The grant does not require a cost match. The grant term is from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2023.
