On July 1, Rosalinda Gonzalez Ortiz purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 315 W. Fifth St., Belvidere from Christopher C. Courier and Courier Family Trust for $160,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $2,117.56, which is 1.32% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Jan. 5, 2021 for $40,000.

So far in July 2021, this is the only property that sold in Belvidere as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 315 W. Fifth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Bobbie Bullock, 81, and Dorothy Bullock, 55.
