Winnebago County Fair

Little Shop of Horrors

RAMP River Run
WHEN: Saturday, August 21
WHERE: Rockford City Market Pavilion
The 8th Annual RAMP River Run is a family friendly event that includes a certified half marathon and 5K as well as a 3K run/walk starting at the Rockford City Market pavilion and continues along the Rock River. There is also a free Kid Zone area. The event is a fundraiser for RAMP, a local non-profit organization that provides services and advocacy that assist individuals with disabilities to live as independently as possible.
Phantom Regiment
Rockford's own Phantom Regiment performed at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana, for the Drum Corps International Summer Celebration from August 12 - 14. The Phantom Regiment combines the complexity and grandeur of timeless music with the clarity and impact of a world-class drum corps and has received many honors.
