The estimated project cost is $382,057.00 and shall be 90% Federal/10% Railroad, with no costs to the City.

1. Award of Bid: South East Sidewalk & ADA Repairs Package #2 to N TRAK Group, of Loves Park, Illinois in the amount of $116,156.20. The project is estimated to be completed on September 30, 2021. The funding source is Sales Tax.
2. Award of Non-Competitive Contract: City-Wide Vehicle Replacements to Anderson Rock River Ford, of Rockford, Illinois in the amount of $162,593 for the purchase of four (4) 2022 Ford Explorers and one (1) 2021 Ford Expedition. The vehicles will be used in general fund departments and are replacing existing fleet as detailed in the schedule. The funding source is General Fund ($162,593).
3. Award of Bid: City-Wide Street Repairs Group #4 (Residential) to T.C.I. Concrete, of Rockford, Illinois in the amount of $1,235,519.56. The project is estimated to be completed October 22, 2021. The funding source is Sales Tax.
4. Award of Bid: City-Wide Street Repairs Group #5 2021 (Residential) to Rock Road Companies, of Janesville, Wisconsin in the amount of $824,378.55. The project is estimated to be completed October 22, 2021. The funding source Motor Fuel Tax funds.
5. Award of Bid: South 3rd Street, Gregory Street & Seminary Street Water Main Replacement Phase 2 to Northern Illinois Service Co., of Rockford, Illinois in the amount of $1,454,622.75. The project is estimated to be completed in the Spring 2022. The funding source is Water Replacement Improvement Account (WRIA) and DCEO Opportunity Zone Grant Funds.
6. Award of Bid: Gregory Heights Drainage Improvements (Phase 2) to N TRAK Group, of Loves Park, Illinois in the amount of $639,538.11. The project is estimated to be completed October 1, 2021. The funding source is CIP General Fund.
7. Acceptance of Health and Human Services Emergency Rental Assistance Program Grant Award from the Illinois Department of Human Services and the Department of the Treasury in the amount of $1,975,000. The grant does not require a cost match. The grant term is for a period of 12 months.
8. Acceptance of Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program Grant from the Illinois Department of Health and Human Services in the amount of $1,264,333. The grant does not require a cost match. The grant term is from September 1, 2021 to August 30, 2023.
