2) Certificate of Appropriateness Amendment – Jason Wenger – 1367 Brown Hills Road – an amendment to the certificate of appropriateness originally approved on April 21, 2021 to construct a detached two garage with attached shop at the southwest corner of the property as described on the submitted application.
