On Sept. 30, J. Wakefield Patti (trustee) sold their three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 1304 Castlehill Drive, Rockford to JR Paul F Benz and Laurie Benz for $200,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $5,444.70, 2.72% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $128,000 on Aug. 21, 2018.

So far in September 2021, 20 properties sold in Rockford.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 1304 Castlehill Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jordan Eddy, Alison Eddy, and Delores M Morreal, 82.
