On April 29, David Holman and Tonya Heckman purchased a home at 125 W. Fourth St., Pecatonica from George A. Anderson (trustee) for $45,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $1,858.92, 4.13% of the sale price of the home.

So far in April 2021, this is the only property that sold in Pecatonica as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 125 W. Fourth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Christine Robin McGuire, 57, and Jason Robert Klein, 49.
