On Sept. 1, Mark E. Schlanger Jr. sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 1304 Candlewick Drive 6, Candlewick Lake to Anthony J Castiglioni for $172,500.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $3,712.50. This is 2.15% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Oct. 29, 2003 for $135,000.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Candlewick Lake as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Mark E. Schlanger has been registered to vote since 2016 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1304 Candlewick Drive 6 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Scott Mazur, 50, Mark E. Schlanger, 40, and Ryan D Koesche, 41.
