1. Certificate of Appropriateness - City of Rockford- 200 Block of North Main Street- Streetscape improvements in the 200 Block of North Main Street. 

2. Certificate of Appropriateness-City of Rockford- 409-411 Kishwaukee StreetDemolition of dangerous and unsafe structure. 

3. Certificate of Appropriateness- City of Rockford-415 Kishwaukee StreetDemolition of dangerous and unsafe structure. 

4. Request for Opinion-Request for opinion as to Amendments to Ch.113 (Historic Preservation) of City of Rockford Code of Ordinances to strike Sec.113-35 (c) (4) requiring a two-thirds majority vote to approve landmark designation of any building, place, or area when the owner of said building, place, or area is opposed to designation"- This was referred back to HPC by City Council and there are now three (3) proposed amendments to this Section.
