1. Proposal to Place for Sale City Owned Parcel at 4xx Short Horsman Street - PIN No. 11-22-405-018

2. 23rd Avenue and 15th Street

Traffic Commission recommends approval to establish a “No Parking Any Time” restriction on the north side of 23rd Avenue from 15th Street to 575 feet east of 15th Street, thus repealing the existing restriction of the “No Parking Any Time” on the north side of 23rd Avenue from 475 feet to 575 feet east of 15th Street

3. 9th Street and 4th Avenue

Traffic Commission recommends approval to establish a “No Parking Any Time” restriction on the west side of 9th Street from 4th Avenue to 50 feet south of 4th Avenue

4. No Action Items

Traffic Commission recommends that No Action” be taken on the following items:

1. A request establish an all-way stop at the intersection of Welty Avenue and Greenwood Avenue, thus repealing the existing 2-way stop at the intersection of Welty Avenue and Greenwood Avenue

2. A request to establish an all-way stop at the intersection of Welty Avenue and Jackson Street, thus repealing the existing 2-way stop at the intersection of Welty Avenue and Jackson Street

3. A request to remove the “Through Street” designation from Welty Avenue from Rural Street to East State Street

4. A request to establish an all-way stop at the intersection of Arbutus Road and Williamsburg Road, thus repealing the existing one-way control of Williamsburg Road stopping the Arbutus Road

5. Annexation of 3828 Spring Creek Road - PIN No, 12-17-103-001

6. 715 North Madison Street

Zoning Board of Appeals recommends approval for a Mural on a building in a C 4, Urban Mixed-Use Zoning District at 715 North Madison Street (Emily Klonicki/Applicant)

7. 1630 Broadway

Zoning Board of Appeals recommends approval for a Special Use Permit for a Two-Family Residence in a C-4, Urban Mixed-Use Zoning at 1630 Broadway (FFC Properties, LLC/Applicants)

8. 1661 and 1667 Charles Street

Zoning Board of Appeals recommends approval for a Special Use Permit for six (6) residential units in a C-2, Limited Commercial Zoning District at 1661 & 1667 Charles Street (FFC Properties, LLC/Applicants)

12. 1902 Reid Farm Road

Liquor and Tobacco Advisory Board recommends approval for the Sale of Liquor by the Drink in conjunction with a recreational facility clubhouse, banquet hall, temporary bars, and beverage carts in an RE, Rural Estate Zoning District, and R 1, Single-Family Residential Zoning District at 1902 Reid Farm Road (Rockford Park District dba Aldeen Golf Club, Illinois Bank & Trust Pavilion/Applicants)

13. Modification to an Existing Liquor License

Rural on Tap, 1710 Rural Street, has requested a sixth (6th) video gaming terminal
