I. 2022-144-R - Rejection of Proposals/Take new Proposals for Stormwater Master Plan and Stormwater Management Ordinance Update. The department will modify the request to allow for a larger group of qualified vendors.

Ald. Beach asked why the proposal was being rejected. Director Meyer stated he would explain after council.

Ald. Beach asked about outsourcing the position. Director Hagerty explained that based on the hourly rate paid to the auditors for on demand accounting related services, it is more cost effective to do in-house.
