II. RESOLUTIONS

A. 2022-183-R - Award of Non-Competitive Contract: 280 SCBA Cylinders (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) and related equipment to Air One Equipment of South Elgin, Illinois in the amount of $259,000. The funding source is the Fire Department Operating Budget.

The contract duration is one (1) year with 2 one-year extensions. The funding source is Federal Head Start Grant.

Ald. Logemann asked if the item was time sensitive. Ms. Warren stated that the transportation services contract needed to be in place by September 6.
