2. Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement settling certain claims with Capital Development, LLC.
3. Resolution authorizing the appropriation of an amount not to exceed $504,000.00 for the purpose of maintaining streets and highways under the provisions of the Illinois Highway Code from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023.
4. Ordinance authorizing the disposal of surplus personal property owned by the City of Loves Park, Illinois.
