12. A Resolution to create the position of Director of Emergency Operations as a part time assistance to the Mayor and motion to approve the appointment of Jerry Wiltfang to the position.

16. An Ordinance abating the the tax heretofore, levied for the Year 2022 to pay principal and interest on $4,100,000.00 General Obligation Refunding Alternate Bonds (Motor Fuel Taxes Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2017, of the City of Loves Park, Winnebago and Boone Counties, Illinois.
