1. Award of Non-Competitive Contract: Tracking and reporting of wage data for State and Federal requirements to LCPTracker, of Orange, California in the amount of $27,675.00. The contract duration is one (1) year with three (3) possible one-year extension options. Annual price adjustments for CPI considered at contract renewal only. The funding source is Legal Department Operating Budget.
2. Acceptance of Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) Preparedness Grant in the amount of $53,683.97. The grant does not require a cost match and the grant term is from October 1, 2021 to September 30, 2024. The Emergency Services Disaster Agency (ESDA) utilizes a whole-community approach working to ensure that the four phases of emergency management are utilized in the event of a disaster. Those include Mitigation, Preparedness, Response, and Recovery.
