City of Rockford Planning & Development Committee met April 10.

1. Ground Lease Agreement with SiFi for the property located at 3407 Rural Street to be used as a fiber system hut.
2. Ground Lease Agreement with SiFi for the property located at 2220 20th Street to be used as a fiber system hut.
3. Amendment to the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and 2022 Annual Action Plan to complete the 2008 Neighborhood Stabilization Program Grant Closeout.
4. Agreement with Rockford Area Habitat for Humanity for 2023 Critical Home Repair Program.
5. Proposed Funding Agreement with Boys and Girls Club of Rockford for capital improvements in partnership with Winnebago County in the amount of $150,000. The funding source is American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds.
