City of Carlyle Employee Concerns Committee met April 24.

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

Call to Order/Roll Call

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Bruce Hilmes at 6:24 p.m. at Case Halstead Library located at 550 6th Street, Carlyle, IL 62231. Committee members present included Bruce Hilmes, Jim McClaren, and Scott Diekemper. Others present included Tammy Peters, Don Perez, John Hodapp, Jeff Taylor, Mike Jansen, Mayor Judy Smith, Brad Myers, and Rita Jurgensmeyer.

Approval of Minutes

A motion was made by Alderman Scott Diekemper and seconded by Alderman Jim McClaren to approve the minutes from the January 23, 2023, minutes. The motion was approved by voice vote.

Executive Session

At 6:26 p.m. a motion to go into executive session to discuss personnel was made by Alderman Scott Diekemper. The motion was seconded by Alderman Jim McClaren and was approved by voice vote.

At 6:38 p.m. the committee returned to regular session.

At 6:39 p.m. a motion to adjourn was made by Alderman Jim McClaren. The motion was seconded by Alderman Scott Diekemper and was approved by voice vote.
