MATTERS PROPOSED, DISCUSSED OR DECIDED AND RECORD OF VOTES

A) Resolution to allow the Street Department Manager to hire Chastain & Associates LLC for engineering services for Riverside Boulevard and Material Avenue intersection at a cost not to exceed Sixty Nine Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($69,400.00). The scope of work is defined on the attached “Agreement for Services”

Ald. J. Jacobson moved to approve said motion. Ald. Peterson seconded said motion.

B) Resolution to allow the Street Department Manager to hire Cahoy Pump Services, 24568 150th Street, Suite 200 Sumner, Iowa 50674, to make emergency repairs to well 3 Pumping equipment for a cost not to exceed $82,167.00.

Ald. J. Jacobson moved to approve said motion. Ald. Peterson seconded said motion.

C) Resolution to allow the Water Department Manager to hire Fehr Gram Engineering and Environmental, 200 Prairie Street, Rockford IL. 61107 for professional services to provide engineering for building and chemical injection improvements at well 3 for the cost of $41,850.00.

Ald. J. Jacobson moved to approve said motion. Ald. Peterson seconded said motion.

D) Resolution to allow the Street Department Manager to purchase a new T76-T4 Bobcat Compact Track Loader from Clark Equipment Co DBA Bobcat Company 250 E. Beaton Drive, West Fargo, ND. 58078, through Government Pricing, the total cost would be One hundred thousand Three hundred forty two dollars and forty cents (100,342.40).

Ald. J. Jacobson moved to approve said motion. Ald. Peterson seconded said motion.

E) Ordinance establishing no parking on a portion of Hilltop Drive
